We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order.  However, there are some situations when we may conduct exchanges.

Inquiries about exchanges should be issued immediately, within 30 days of receiving your order: admin@isis-moon.com

Because our pieces are made to order (unless specified in stock) shipping time will vary for each product. For international orders, some restrictions apply. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
