REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not provide refunds as all of our items are handmade to order. However there are certain cases that exchanges are provided, feel free to contact admin@isis-moon.com to discuss your particular situation and determine eligibility for an exchange.

Any discounted items or purchases made using a coupon code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All items returned must be in unused condition to be accepted for an exchange. These items must be returned in original packaging with paid receipt and/or invoice.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
